The order of capital stands at a historical moment in which we will shatter all those mystical wrappings it produces to cover over its own crises, the fairy tales of "democracy," and the technocratic illusions. The lies of "technological neutrality," "digital emancipation," and "the democratization of knowledge"—injected for years into the consciousness of the masses by the bourgeois media, the culture industry, and idealist academia—have smashed against the hard walls of global capital accumulation and fallen to pieces.

Behind the fog screen created by modern bourgeois science and Silicon Valley utopianism operates a plain law of historical materialism: within capitalist relations of production, technology is not a neutral development serving humanity’s collective emancipation; it is an instrument by which the bourgeoisie, which holds ownership of the means of production, disciplines living labor, deepens exploitation, and preserves its global hegemony.

As capital has entered its moment of crisis, this reality has entirely shed its humanist makeup and evolved into naked techno-militarism. The clearest and most shameless document of this historical rupture is Palantir’s 22-Point Manifesto, published by Palantir Technologies, which sits at the heart of the US military-intelligence complex.

Historical Continuity: From Graham Fuller’s Thesis of "Moderate Islam" to Palantir’s Algorithmic Violence

Young comrades, in order to grasp Palantir’s declaration correctly, it must not be treated as a "new madness" torn from its historical context. What stands before us is the digitalization, through a change of form, of the hegemony strategy that US imperialism has applied across the Eurasian and Middle Eastern geography since the Cold War.

To understand this historical continuity we must recall the theses of Graham Fuller, former Vice Chairman of the CIA’s National Intelligence Council and analyst at the RAND Corporation:

• The Fuller Doctrine (Late Twentieth Century): Graham Fuller theorized the concepts of "Moderate Islam," the "Green Belt," and the "Pivotal State" so that US imperialism could sustain its hegemony in Eurasia and the Middle East. To crush left/socialist movements that had gone astray from their purpose, working-class organizations, and the anti-imperialist current, he instrumentalized political Islam, communal networks (structures such as FETÖ), and counterguerrilla apparatuses.

• The Palantir Doctrine (Twenty-First Century): The manifesto published by Palantir CEO Alex Karp is the leap into the algorithmic and software stage of the control mechanism Fuller sought to establish through geopolitical and socio-political engineering.

The Fuller period was the age of "sociological engineering" by CIA station chiefs, RAND reports, communal blackmail tapes, and field agents. The Palantir period is the age of algorithmic engineering by artificial-intelligence models, military targeting software such as Project Maven, autonomous drone swarms, and biometric surveillance networks.

Dialectical Essence: The instruments have changed (from the CIA agent to the artificial-intelligence algorithm), yet the class purpose has remained entirely the same: to keep the Eurasian market, energy corridors, and the working class open to the uninterrupted exploitation of imperialist capital.

Exposing the Palantir Manifesto and Its Class Critique

Palantir’s 22-Point Manifesto is a document of techno-fascism in which the liberal-bourgeois world declares that it has thrown discourses such as "human rights," "ethical technology," and "international law" onto the scrap heap.

When we pass the manifesto’s main claims through a dialectical-materialist filter, the picture that emerges is as follows:

Young comrades, the discourses of "security" and "national survival" so frequently invoked in the modern bourgeois world are fetishes stripped of class content. For the ruling classes, security is not the vital needs of the people; it is the protection of energy lines, raw-material sources, financial flows, and, above all, the property order.

While the Palantir manifesto defines software and artificial intelligence as weapons of "hard power," it in fact expresses, in the dialectical sense, the most aggressive character that constant capital ($c$) has attained. Humanity’s thousands of years of collective intellectual accumulation—the General Intellect that Marx describes in the Grundrisse—has been transformed, under the vise of private property, into a shield of annihilation and surveillance.

The Base Foundation: The Organic Composition of Capital and the Dialectic of Crisis

If we wish to grasp the historical course of social relations and of the political superstructure, we must turn our gaze away from the glittering discourses of the ruling class and toward the gears of material relations of production. Texts such as the Palantir Manifesto are not the product of an intellectual enlightenment or of an abstract love of homeland; they are the necessary result of structural blockages and crises accumulating directly in the base (the economic foundation).

As Karl Marx set out in Capital, capital is composed of two elements:

• Constant Capital ($c$): Means of production, buildings, raw materials, servers, data centers, and chips.

• Variable Capital ($v$): Wages expended to purchase living labor power.

Today’s technology-finance capital (OpenAI, Palantir, Nvidia, Microsoft, and so on) invests on a vast scale in data centers, chip fleets, and energy infrastructures in order to build artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems. That is, while constant capital ($c$) grows at an astronomical pace, living labor ($v$) is relatively displaced or constrained. This has raised the organic composition of capital ($\frac{c}{v}$) to a level unprecedented in history.

This radical rise in capital’s organic composition triggers a dialectical contradiction. In the capitalist system the sole source of surplus value ($s$) and of profit is living human labor ($v$). Constant capital ($c$) creates no new value on its own; it merely transfers its value into production.

When capital, in order to secure competitive advantage, continually increases constant capital ($c$) and reduces living labor ($v$), the general rate of profit ($p$) enters a tendency to fall in the long run. This is precisely the objective dynamic that makes Palantir—and Silicon Valley capital in general—more aggressive: falling rates of profit and the crisis of overaccumulated idle capital.

Faced with falling rates of profit, capital’s escape route is the military and security budgets of the bourgeois state. War and security contracts are a vast transfer mechanism exempt from the crises of the free market, from demand fluctuations, and from competitive risks, with budgets guaranteed by taxes collected directly from the working classes.

The "algorithmic war tools" Palantir defends are, in essence, the physical and digital guardianship of global value chains and of capital circulation.

Connections to Turkey and Regional Fortification

Young comrades, grasping the Turkish leg of this process is of vital importance. The role of becoming a sub-imperialist battering ram of the region, designed in Graham Fuller’s "Turkey Reports," has today reached a new dimension in the Palantir age:

1. Ideological Illusion vs. Class Dependence: The Turkish bourgeoisie and the ruling power conduct, in quotation marks, a propaganda of "independence" through moves of a domestic and national defense industry (armed UAVs / SİHAs, missile systems, and so on). Yet the dialectical reality is this: the chips, software architectures, database infrastructures, and global satellite lines required for these systems to function are directly owned by global techno-capital (Nvidia, Palantir, Microsoft, and so on). The Turkish bourgeoisie is not becoming independent; on the contrary, it is becoming the digital subcontractor of NATO and of global techno-militarism.

2. Internal Policing and Algorithmic Suppression: In the Fuller period, social opposition was sought to be crushed through military coups and religious communal organizations. Today, Palantir-style "predictive policing," facial-recognition systems, social-media tracking algorithms, and digital surveillance tools are used directly as a digital whip against the working class in Turkey, against striking textile workers, against university youth without housing, and against laborers seeking their rights.

3. Dispossessed Migrants and the Border Regime: The surveillance software Palantir has used on the US-Mexico border is today being integrated along Eastern Mediterranean and Turkish border lines with EU and NATO funding. Dispossessed migrant masses fleeing war are being destroyed along the borders by algorithmic walls; inside the country they are offered to capital’s exploitation as a cheap and precarious reserve army of labor.

Process Analysis: Internal Contradictions and Dialectical Dynamics

The greatest trick of bourgeois ideology and of its digital cheerleaders is to present this techno-militaristic apparatus of repression they have built as an "unshakable and inevitable fate." Yet dialectical materialism teaches us that no social system and no technological apparatus is frozen or eternal. Every phenomenon grows its opposite within itself; it carries in its body the seeds of its own destruction.

The techno-fascist fortification expressed in the Palantir Manifesto, however monolithic it may appear from the outside, is dialectically extremely fragile and laden with deep internal contradictions.

Capital clings to algorithmic systems and artificial intelligence in order to reduce its dependence on living human labor and to break the bargaining power of the working class. Yet precisely by this move it sets a dialectical antagonism in motion: by the principle of the unity and struggle of opposites, it expands the ranks of its own gravediggers.

Programmers, data analysts, systems architects, and engineers who until yesterday regarded themselves as "privileged" or "middle class" are being rapidly deskilled and precaritized under artificial intelligence and algorithmic management. Cognitive labor is rolling into the same conditions of exploitation as manual labor. Technology workers see that the algorithms they produce with their own mental labor are becoming, tomorrow, instruments of their own unemployment or of pressure upon society. Capital is compelled to place the keys of the digital infrastructure it builds to control society into the hands of these new mental laborers whom it has proletarianized.

The "global hegemonic techno-republic" that Palantir preaches is colliding with capitalism’s physical and geopolitical limits:

• Market Struggle among Imperialist Centers: Competition over artificial intelligence and military software divides markets among imperialist blocs (the US, China, the EU) and ruptures supply chains.

• The Obstacle of Material Nature (Ecological Contradiction): Artificial-intelligence data centers, supercomputers, and chip factories consume vast quantities of electricity, water, and rare-earth elements. Capital accumulation’s desire for endless growth is crashing against the planet’s physical and ecological limits.

This techno-militarist process, which promises "order and security" in appearance, produces a vast accumulation of rage in the base. The law of dialectical materialism by which quantitative changes turn into qualitative leaps is at work here as well:

The Task of Young Comrades and the Line of Internationalist Struggle

Young comrades,

The techno-fascist cry rising between the lines of the Palantir Manifesto is concrete proof that liberalism is dead, that capital has lost its capacity to produce consent, and that the bourgeoisie has taken refuge in algorithmic violence and militarism in order to preserve its power. The bourgeois world offers us two false options: either we submit to the digital illusions produced by technology giants and become slaves of capital, or we sink into technophobic despair and abandon the future to the ruling classes.

Dialectical materialism teaches us to reject this false duality and to pass into action.

One of the most fundamental principles of historical materialism is to draw correctly the distinction between the character of the productive forces and the class form of the relations of production. The conflict is not in the existence of software, algorithms, or artificial intelligence. The conflict is that these immense technologies are in the hands of a small monopolist minority that has seized private ownership of the means of production. Artificial intelligence and automation, under capitalism, are instruments of mass unemployment, surveillance, and war; under proletarian power they are a historical possibility that can radically shorten working hours, free human beings from drudgery, and enable their free development. Our aim is not to destroy technology, but to claim the collective human labor that produces that technology and to liquidate property relations.

All the infrastructures presented in appearance as the "success of private enterprise" (Palantir’s databases, OpenAI’s models, Nvidia’s chip technologies, vast data centers) are in reality the expropriation of the historical accumulation of all humanity and of the working class.

The strategic principle that the youth and the class movement must write upon their banner is clear: All technology monopolies, data centers, artificial-intelligence infrastructures, and communications networks must be immediately expropriated without any compensation and transformed, under workers’ control, into the common property of society.

The Palantir Manifesto expresses a historical moment in which mental labor is being deskilled and proletarianized at an immense speed. Our young comrades who are programmers, data scientists, engineers, or academics are not qualitatively different from the industrial worker in the factory or the agricultural laborer in the field. We are all cogs in the same surplus-value exploitation machine. The line of struggle we must develop is to smash the bourgeois distinction between mental and manual labor and to integrate the cognitive proletariat into the united organization of the class.

• With the Middle Eastern and Palestinian laborers crushed under the fire of imperialist wars,

• We stand on the same class barricade with all the youth of the world who resist the exploitation of American, Chinese, or European technology giants.

However terrifying capital’s algorithms, vast server farms, and artificial-intelligence weapons may appear, every one of these apparatuses rises on the backs of living human labor. The hand that turns the gears is our hand; the organized power that will stop those gears and turn them in another direction is also ours.

This imperialist web, which the Graham Fullers of yesterday wove under the cloak of diplomacy and religion, and which Palantir today seeks to fortify with algorithms, is doomed to collapse before the organized struggle of the working class. We will shatter these techno-fascist illusions with the sharp light of dialectical materialism. Technology will cease to be an instrument of annihilation in the hands of capital; it will become the lever of the revolutionary struggle by which we will build a society of free producers in which human beings are not exploited by human beings.
